Dixcel's products are tested after manufacturing and certified as compliant before shipping to any resellers or distributors worldwide. Dixcel's items received by the end consumer are therefore, barring any incident, free from any manufacturing defects. In the event of an incident or error, the end user has a period of 7 days after receipt and before installation to alert the reseller. After this period, the product will be tacitly recognized as compliant and in the case of wearing parts, once in place, the product will no longer be covered by any form of guarantee.
