This HKS low temperature thermostat fits without modification as a direct replacement for the one fitted as standard to the 4G63 and 4B11 engines of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII / IX and X. With an opening temperature calibrated at 75°C against the original 100°C, this HKS thermostat will optimize the water temperature on the road as well as on the track.
